My first farm butchering experience was processing my parent’s beef on our family farm near Toowoomba.
I spent the first 18 years of my career working in various meat works where I was trained and developed my current skills in boning and slicing. I also worked in Quality Assurance and HACCP training (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
My family and I moved to Orange in 2012 where I have worked as the Meat Manager at IGA until identifying a developing need for a mobile butchering service.
I have established Orange on Farm Butchers to provide professional, humane and on-farm slaughtering and processing services to farmers in the region.
I look forward to serving the people of Orange and its surrounding districts for years to come.
